GET UP EASIER IN THE MORNING

AND GET TO WORK IN TIME



As the temperature gets cooler, waking up and getting out of that comfy, warm bed of yours becomes increasingly difficult. Here are 3 easy tips to help you wake up easier:

 

GET A GOOD NIGHT`S SLEEP
 

This is definitely easier said than done, but a major factor in being able to wake up easily is by getting a good night's rest. About 2 hours before you head to bed, you should put away your laptop and cell phone. The bright lights on those devices will keep your brain active for a longer period of time, and end up making it harder for you to fall asleep. 
 

You should aim to get about 6-8 hours of sleep every night and also keep in mind that a consistent sleep schedule is important. Try to go to sleep around the same time every night and also wake up around the same time in the morning.




WRITE A LIST OF THINGS YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH THE NEXT DAY
 

Believe it or not, but when you have a goal in mind it is much easier to wake up the next day. Think about it this way, when you have something to accomplish you have motivation and a purpose to get out of bed the next day. This definitely do not have to be elaborate goals like running a marathon, simple goals will be just as effective.




DRINK A LARGE GLASS OF WATER
 

A great way to kick start your metabolism and replenish your body in the morning is by drinking a large glass of water. If you start drinking water earlier in the day, you are much less likely to become dehydrated as the day progresses. In addition, drinking water is a good way to maintain a clear complexion and hydrated skin.
