Going to the gym is already enough trouble as well as having to think about what to pack. Going in the morning? Nothing to worry about…. Pack the following things, pamper yourself and relax your body after an active workout and be ready for work, meetings or any other activities post-workout.
Makeup remover or micellar water
It is really important to remove all dirt and makeup from the face before a workout. This is because when exercising, the pores open and if there is any dirt on your skin, it will enter the pore and might result in blemishes or spots. Therefore, if you applied makeup it is best to use a makeup remover and if not, just gently cleanse the face with micellar water.
Shampoo and shower gel
Bathing is a great way to relax the body and what better way to pamper oneself than with a nice and refreshing shampoo and shower gel. Lemon or menthol scented products are really revitalizing and they provide a burst of energy to begin or end the day with strength. However, if it is a late afternoon workout and you have the desire to relax, tea or herbal scented products work best to calm and soothe the body.

Relaxing face mask for redness
To hydrate the face after the release of water through sweat, it is recommended to use a relaxing face mask and a hydrating cream. It is important to massage the body with a moisturizing cream to return shine and glow to the skin. For the face, a mask is really helpful as it provides quick hydration. To further nourish the skin, a face cream can be used.

Touch of makeup for later
Some makeup is always helpful to cover the signs of a workout. To obtain a quick and natural look, only four steps are required:
